He staged it with furniture since it was empty, changed the pulls in the kitchen, replaced bulbs with brighter one, and made a major change in the master bathroom. He made sure someone from his team were at the showings. He was able to get an offer withing 4 weeks. It had been on the market for 5 months with another realtor with no offers. He guided us through the negotiations and we were able to settle on a price. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this company.
