Glenn and his team knew exactly what was needed to be done to our home for it to sell quickly. He staged it with furniture since it was empty, changed the pulls in the kitchen, replaced bulbs with brighter one, and made a major change in the master bathroom. He made sure someone from his team were at the showings. He was able to get an offer withing 4 weeks. It had been on the market for 5 months with another realtor with no offers.
